Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring a Forklift Driver for 1st shift in Dayton, NJ. The role focuses on daily pick, inventory accuracy, and safe operation of swing reach and other power equipment. Onsite, with strong attendance and teamwork expected.

You will work with leadership to complete tasks, learn the PKMS warehouse system, cross-train on multiple equipment types, and contribute to a safe, efficient distribution center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year forklift experience in Swing Reach, Reach Truck, and Order Picker.
• Onsite and in-office role.
• Excellent attendance and teamwork.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to learn PKMS warehouse system.
• Ability to read locations and SKUs.
• Cross-train to operate all WSI DDC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership to complete daily tasks (manual and on-task).
• Perform daily pick for hub using inventory system.
• Move items as needed; may involve power equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in warehouse system.
• Complete staging, sweeping, and housekeeping tasks with power equipment.
• Load/unload, stack, and stage products with various equipment.
• Promote safety and safe operating practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
