Job summary

Pay starts at $22.85 per hour with full health insurance on day one, life and disability insurance, and PTO up to 13 days in the first year plus 9 company holidays. All candidates must be at least 18 and able to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience in a freight or LTL environment.
• Dock or warehouse experience in transportation.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers.
• Strong attention to detail and motivation to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Use motorized and manual equipment including pallet jack and forklift.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies.
• Adhere to safety policies while working efficiently.
• Use handheld devices to scan and track shipments.
• Work on a dock that is not climate-controlled for extended periods.
