Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our team on the Wichita dock. You will efficiently sort, load, and unload freight while operating forklifts and pallet jacks.

This role requires safety adherence, accuracy in scanning shipments, and the ability to work on a non-climate-controlled dock. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to perform basic math, with or without calculator.
• Willing to work days, evenings, nights and weekends.
• Forklift experience preferred in freight/LTL environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload freight.
• Operate pallet jack and forklift.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies.
• Work safely and follow company policies.
• Use handheld devices to scan and track shipments.
• Work on a dock not climate-controlled for extended periods.
