Job summary

XPO is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our logistics team. You will efficiently sort, load, and unload palletized freight, and operate forklift and pallet jack to secure cargo in trailers.

This role is on a dock and may involve non climate-controlled conditions and multiple shift types. Pay starts at $23.43 per hour with full health insurance from day one, life and disability coverage, PTO, paid holidays, a 401(k) with company match, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to perform basic math with and without a calculator.
• Available to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Use motorized and manual equipment including pallet jack and forklift.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies.
• Work safely and adhere to company safety policies.
• Use handheld devices to scan and track shipments.
