XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our Minnesota dock operations. You will efficiently sort, load and unload freight, operating forklifts and pallet jacks with attention to safety and accuracy.

The role includes day shifts, comprehensive health insurance from day one, PTO, paid sick leave, company holidays, and a 401(k) with company match. Candidates should be able to work varying shifts and meet basic math requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator
• Available to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends
• Forklift experience or dock/warehouse experience is preferred
• Experience loading and unloading trailers and handling freight with attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed on the dock
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies
• Adhere to company safety policies while working on the dock
• Use mobile handheld devices to scan and track shipments
