Job summary

XPO is seeking a Forklift Operator at our Wichita facility. You will efficiently sort, handle, load and unload freight using forklift and pallet jack, and secure cargo inside trailers while adhering to safety policies.

Benefits start day one, including health, life and disability insurance, PTO, holidays, 401(k) with company match and education assistance. This is a Motor Carrier Act Exempt, on-site role in Wichita.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to perform basic math.
• Willing to work days, evenings, nights and weekends.
• Available for multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Use pallet jack and forklift to move goods.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools.
• Work safely and follow company policies.
• Use handheld devices to scan and track shipments.
• Work on a dock not climate-controlled for extended periods.
