Job summary

XPO is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our dock team. You will efficiently sort, load and unload freight, operate forklift and pallet jack, and ensure freight is secured inside trailers while following all safety policies.

The role requires attention to detail, flexibility in shifts, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently. This position is on-site and part of our Motor Carrier Act Exempt workforce.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Able to do basic math with or without a calculator.
• Available to work days, evenings, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Use motorized and manual equipment, including forklift and pallet jack.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies.
• Work on a dock adhering to safety policies.
• Use handheld devices to scan and track shipments.
