Shearer’s Foods is hiring a Forklift Operator for day and night shifts at the Phoenix warehouse. The role pays $19.38 per hour with a $3 per hour premium for night shifts.

You will load/unload trailers, pick and ship orders, receive inbound goods, and build pallets while prioritizing safety and accuracy. Qualified candidates will have 2 years of stand-up forklift experience (Crown & Hyster), ability to lift 50–60 lbs, and be able to work weekends and overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience operating stand-up forklifts (Crown & Hyster)
• Able to lift 50–60 pounds as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Must be able to work weekends and overtime when required
• Experience with WMS systems preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Safety-conscious with a drive to deliver accurate results

Responsibilities

• Load and unload docked trailers and pull and load customer orders
• Receive inbound orders and build pallets and pallet displays
• Operate stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation in the warehouse management system
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
