Job summary

Shearer’s Foods is hiring a Forklift Operator for day and night shifts at the Phoenix warehouse. The role pays $19.38 per hour with a $3 per hour premium for night shifts.

You will load/unload trailers, pick and ship orders, receive inbound goods, and build pallets while prioritizing safety and accuracy. Qualified candidates will have 2 years of stand-up forklift experience (Crown & Hyster), ability to lift 50–60 lbs, and be able to work weekends and overtime when needed.

• Operate stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation in the warehouse management system

Forklift Operator

Day shift / Night Shift

Pay rate - 19.38/hr

(additional $3/hr shift premium for night shift only)

Responsibilities

Our experienced Forklift Operators are eager to work in the challenging, fast paced Warehouse environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to loading and unloading docked trailers, pulling and loading customer orders, receiving inbound orders, and building pallets and pallet displays.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will bring 2 years' experience operating Stand up Forklifts by Crown & Hyster and be able to keep up with a fast repetitious pace. Heavy lifting 50 to 60 pounds as necessary. Simple math skills are required. Must be a team player with ability to interact with both management and co-workers. Must be able to work weekends and overtime when needed: Prior warehouse, high lift reach truck, and WMS system experience preferred.
