Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring a Forklift Operator at our Commerce City warehouse. You will operate forklift, pallet jack, and related equipment to move goods safely and efficiently, supporting inbound and outbound flow.

The role requires basic warehouse experience, the ability to stand and lift, and adherence to GMP and safety policies. This position offers competitive pay, benefits from Day 1, and opportunities for growth in our distribution network.

Qualifications

• Requires a HS diploma or GED and 6+ months warehouse experience.
• Able to stand, walk, lift 10–90 pounds and work in multi-temperature environments.
• Must pass drug test and criminal background check after offer.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, pallet jack, reach truck and other equipment to move goods.
• Place pallets in racks, perform counts and inspect items for damage.
• Replenish pick slots and ensure accurate inventory in staging and freezer areas.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, follow safety policies and GMP.
• Complete necessary paperwork and reports at end of shift.
