Job summary

Vistar is seeking a Forklift Operator, Formula, to move and stage goods in a multi-temperature warehouse. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment to efficiently route products through receiving, storage, and picking operations.

The role emphasizes safety, GMP standards, and timely replenishment, with responsibilities including data entry, product checks, and end-of-shift paperwork. Overtime is required and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months warehouse/distribution experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift 10–35 lbs and up to 60–90 lbs depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Locate and set pallets in racks using forklift or hand stack.
• Transport incoming freight from staging to freezer with forklift.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock as per next day orders.
• Rotate stock and remove outdated inventory per policy.
• Inspect items for damage and perform temperature/quality checks.
