Job summary

Vistar, part of Performance Food Group, is seeking a Forklift Operator, Formula for the 1st shift in Bolingbrook, IL. You will operate material handling equipment to move freight, stock products, and maintain GMP and safety standards.

Shifts run Monday–Friday starting at 7:00 AM; end times vary with workload. Earn $21.00–$22.25 per hour, with a $1.25 freezer differential and incentive pay. Day 1 benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly; lift up to 60–90 lbs; work in multi-temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Locate proper slot on storage racks and set pallets with forklift or hand stack items.
• Transport incoming freight from staging to inventory using forklift or pallet jack.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock according to next day's work orders.
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions immediately.
