Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in Lincolnton, NC invites energetic forklift operators to join our production team. You will load and unload, follow safety protocols, and move pallets, with emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred, but training available.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in fast-paced production environment is a plus.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision using forklifts.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain zero incidents.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep workspace clean and organized for safety.
• Lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
