Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is hiring a Forklift Operator in New Jersey to support our production team. The role requires safe forklift operation, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience preferred and training can be provided.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations is a plus.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision using forklifts.
• Follow safety protocols to keep incidents to a minimum.
• Sort pallets according to product specs and ensure quality.
• Maintain production pace and accuracy to hit daily goals.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized for safety.
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs and handle repetitive motions.
