Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in Lincolnton, NC is seeking Forklift Operators to safely load and unload materials, move pallets, and support our production teams on a fast-paced warehouse floor.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred, but training can be provided.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision using forklifts to move materials.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents.
• Sort & support by pallet specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Stay clean and organized; keep a safe, tidy workspace.
• Lift and move; expect physical work up to 70 lbs.
