Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a warehouse associate for 3rd shift in a freezer/perishable environment. The role requires operating MHE and forklifts to move and store product, updating inventory with handhelds, and ensuring accurate paperwork for transfers.

Responsibilities include palletizing, loading/unloading trailers, and maintaining safety standards. The position emphasizes reliability, productivity, and adherence to company policies in a fast-paced distribution setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate stand-up/sit-down forklifts and other MHE safely.
• Commitment to safety policies and attendance expectations.
• Ability to follow pick/putaway procedures and use handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Transport merchandise from receiving to proper warehouse location and complete purchase orders.
• Maintain replenishment in the system using a handheld device as pallets are moved.
• Stack cases, rotate merchandise, refill benches and fill pallet slots.
• Pull material to production lines and move finished product to storage areas.
• Unload trailers and load finished product for outbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of quantities, pack size and description.
• Operate necessary technology (voice, RF scanner) to select product.
• Complete equipment inspection forms and perform routine cleaning.
