Job summary

CJ Logistics America in Lula, GA is hiring a Forklift Operator for the 1st shift (Tuesday-Saturday, 7:00am-3:30pm). You will safely operate forklifts and related equipment to support daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and inventory integrity.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience, with at least 6 months in a warehouse setting, strong math and reading skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent or related experience.
• At least six months of related warehouse or distribution experience.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment including forklift and electric pallet jack.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate products.
• Conduct manual case picking and other material handling tasks as needed for order fulfillment, including EPJ as needed.
• Replenish inventory in storage bays and maintain accurate product placement.
• Prepare products for shipment, including palletizing, wrapping, and staging.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts as directed.
