Job summary

CJ Logistics America in Lula, GA, is seeking a Forklift Operator for our cold storage warehouse. The role focuses on safe operation of forklifts, EPJs, and other material handling equipment to ensure accurate orders and inventory control.

You will load, unload, pick, palletize, and assist with cycle counts while following CJ Logistics America safety standards. 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with possible overtime by business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 6+ months of related warehouse experience.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to operate forklift and EPJ.
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Maintain safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up/sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, and consolidate products.
• Perform manual case picking and use MHE including EPJ as needed.
• Replenish inventory and maintain accurate product placement.
• Prepare products for shipment; palletize, wrap, and stage per shipping requirements.
• Assist with inventories and cycle counts.
