Job summary

CJ Logistics America in Lula, GA is seeking a Forklift Operator for Cold Storage to support daily warehouse operations. You will load, unload, pick, and consolidate products, using forklifts and EPJ to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The role emphasizes safety, inventory accuracy, and teamwork, with a 2nd shift schedule (Mon-Fri, 3:30pm-12:00am) and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 months warehouse or distribution experience.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Ability to operate forklift and electric pallet jack.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Follow safety and operational instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, put away and consolidate products.
• Conduct manual case picking and other material handling tasks for order fulfillment.
• Replenish inventory and maintain accurate product placement.
• Prepare products for shipment, including palletizing, wrapping and staging.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts.
