Job summary

CJ Logistics America – Lula, GA facility is hiring a Forklift Operator for cold storage operations. You will safely operate forklifts and EPJs, assist with loading, unloading, picking and inventory tasks, while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires basic math, a HS diploma or equivalent, and at least six months in a warehouse. It offers a first shift from Tuesday to Saturday, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum six months warehouse or distribution experience.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment including forklift and EPJ.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, and consolidate products.
• Perform manual case picking and use EPJ when required.
• Replenish inventory and maintain accurate product placement.
• Prepare products for shipment with palletizing, wrapping, and staging.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets.
