Job summary

Sesco Cement Corp. is seeking a full-time Warehouse Forklift Operator in Gibsonton, FL. The role requires at least 3 years of forklift experience, strict safety practices, and the ability to work day or night shifts and weekends as needed.

You will manage loading/unloading, move cement products, assist inventory, and prepare orders for shipping while adhering to plant policies and procedures. This position offers hourly pay and requires a current forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years forklift operation experience in a warehouse.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery.
• Current forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain transfer and production operations in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
• Verifies all loading and unloading of material for assurance.
• Assist Inventory Control for verification of counts and material.
• Route trucks to loading and unloading destinations within the yard.
• Complete loading and unloading documentation when required.
• Rack material per instruction and report issues to supervisor.
• Assist with inbound/outbound racks and move materials to shipping areas.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and prepare for shipping.
• Follow all forklift safety regulations and wear seatbelt at all times.
• Perform general labor duties when required.
