Job summary

KDC-ONE in New Albany, Ohio is seeking a Forklift Operator to support our logistics flow. You will operate PIT equipment, unload deliveries, stock materials, and ensure accurate scanning and data entry with handheld scanners or SAP.

This full-time position offers a pay rate of $20–$21.50 per hour, plus a $500 sign-on bonus after 30 days of employment. Candidates should have Raymond Reach Truck experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Raymond Reach Truck experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate PIT equipment.
• Prior experience in warehouse/manufacturing environment preferred.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) turret trucks and reach lifts.
• Unload incoming deliveries, stock materials, and track movements with scanners or SAP.
• Pick materials for production runs and move finished goods to inventory.
• Perform daily PIT safety and maintenance checklists; report issues.
• Assist with cycle counts, quarterly audits, and year-end inventory checks.
• Load customer orders for on-time departures and full shipments.
• Mentor and support new forklift drivers as needed.

Kdc/one is seeking a Forklift Operator in New Albany, Ohio.

If you're forklift certified, handy with a scanner, and comfortable in a warehouse, we’re looking for you! At Kdc/one, our Forklift Operators are the center of our logistics flow. You’ll handle the materials that keep our production lines moving and efficient.

Pay: $20-21.50

SIGN ON BONUS! Full time employees will be eligible for a $500 sign on bonus once completing 30 days of employment (must work every scheduled day to be paid out!)

What You’ll Do

• Unload incoming deliveries, stock materials, and track every move with handheld scanners or SAP


• Pick up materials and components for production runs


• Move unused or finished goods to inventory with accuracy and care


• Complete PIT safety and maintenance checklists daily, and report any issues urgently


• Assist with cycle counts, quarterly audits, and year-end inventory checks


• Load leaving trucks to get customer orders out on time and in full


• Support and mentor new forklift drivers when needed

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED


• Raymond Reach Truck Experience


• Prior experience operatingPIT equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment


• SAP experience preferred


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and work around motorized equipment all day
