Job summary

KDC-ONE in New Albany, Ohio is seeking a forklift operator with Raymond Reach Truck experience to manage PIT operations and inventory within a fast-paced warehouse. You will handle materials for production, use scanners or SAP to track movements, and maintain safety checks daily.

The role offers a $20–$21.50 hourly wage with a full-time schedule and opportunities to mentor newer drivers while supporting efficient logistics flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Raymond Reach Truck experience required.
• Prior PIT equipment operation in a warehouse/manufacturing setting preferred.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks including turret and reach trucks.
• Unload deliveries, stock materials, and track movements with scanners or SAP.
• Pick materials for production runs and move goods to inventory with care.
• Complete PIT safety and maintenance checklists daily and report issues.
• Assist with cycle counts, quarterly audits, and year-end inventory checks.
• Load outgoing shipments to ensure orders go out on time and complete.
• Support and mentor new forklift drivers as needed.

Forklift Operator

(Raymond Reach Truck Experience Required)

Kdc/one is seeking a Forklift Operator in New Albany, Ohio.

If you're forklift certified, handy with a scanner, and comfortable in a warehouse, we’re looking for you! At Kdc/one, our Forklift Operators are the center of our logistics flow. You’ll handle the materials that keep our production lines moving and efficient.

Pay: $20-21.50

SIGN ON BONUS! Full time employees will be eligible for a $500 sign on bonus once completing 30 days of employment (must work every scheduled day to be paid out!)

What You’ll Do

• Operate a variety of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) turret trucks, and reach lifts


• Unload incoming deliveries, stock materials, and track every move with handheld scanners or SAP


• Pick up materials and components for production runs


• Move unused or finished goods to inventory with accuracy and care


• Complete PIT safety and maintenance checklists daily, and report any issues urgently


• Assist with cycle counts, quarterly audits, and year-end inventory checks


• Load leaving trucks to get customer orders out on time and in full


• Support and mentor new forklift drivers when needed

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED


• Raymond Reach Truck Experience


• Prior experience operatingPIT equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment


• SAP experience preferred


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and work around motorized equipment all day
