Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional weekend work

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join a busy warehouse and industrial operation specializing in the handling, storage, loading, and unloading of steel and metal materials . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, yard, or industrial environment and, most importantly, prior experience handling steel, metal, or other heavy materials . This position requires strong attention to safety, physical stamina, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and position steel and metal materials.
• Handle heavy and oversized materials while following all safety procedures.
• Load and unload trucks and organize materials in designated storage areas.
• Inspect materials and ensure they are properly secured and positioned.
• Assist with receiving, staging, and organizing inventory.

Requirements

• Previous forklift experience is required.

• Ability to work in different weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind.

• Willingness to work occasional weekends when needed.

Work Environment

The ideal candidate is a dependable and safety-conscious forklift operator who has direct experience working with steel or metal materials and understands the importance of carefully handling heavy loads.
