Job summary

Katalyst CRO is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move products within the distribution center. You will operate MHE, use RF scanners, and follow procedures to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and the ability to obtain a forklift certification quickly. Preference for experience with Manhattan WMS and high-reach/counterbalance equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience, required.
• Intermediate experience with either a high reach or counterbalance required.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS, preferred.

Knowledge And Skills

• Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 2 days of employment.
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents in English.
• Ability to operate MHE and use an RF scanner.
• Basic analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.
• General distribution knowledge.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong initiative and drive for results.

Work Environment

The noise level is moderate to loud. There will almost always be exposure to work near moving mechanical equipment, exposure to precarious situations. Occasionally the position will have exposure to fumes/airborne particles. This role may require a mandatory medical evaluation in compliance with the client's obligations under applicable occupational health and safety laws.
