Job summary

Veloz is seeking experienced forklift operators in Stockton, CA to keep products moving safely in a fast-paced warehouse. You will load, unload, move and stage freight, using scanners to track inventory and ensure accuracy.

Requirements include 1+ year forklift experience, strong safety mindset, and availability for a 4-day, 10-hour shift starting at 5:00 AM with overtime as needed. This is a temporary assignment with benefits and a Daily Pay option.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to load and unload trailers, move freight and stage product.
• Put away and pull product accurately to and from racking locations.
• Use handheld scanners to track product and keep inventory accurate.
• Inspect forklift and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow safety procedures, OSHA guidelines and company policies.
• Keep work area clean, organized and safe.
• Collaborate with associates and management to keep freight flowing smoothly.
• Report damaged product or safety concerns promptly.
