Job summary

Veloz is seeking experienced forklift operators for a high-volume warehouse assignment. You will load, unload, move and stage freight, operating forklifts and using handheld scanners to keep inventory accurate.

This is a full-time, 4-day, 10-hour shift with overtime as needed; starting at 5:00 PM. Candidates must have 1+ year of warehouse forklift experience and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Daily Pay and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using handheld scanners and basic warehouse systems.
• Reliable attendance for a consistent 4-day schedule.
• Overtime availability for 2nd shift.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to load and unload trailers, move freight and stage product.
• Put away and pull product accurately to and from racking and storage locations.
• Use handheld scanners to track product and keep inventory accurate.
• Inspect forklift before each shift and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines and company policies.
• Keep work area and aisles clean, organized and safe.
• Work with associates, leads and management to keep freight flowing smoothly.
• Report damaged product, inventory issues or safety concerns promptly.
