Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Forklift Operator to efficiently operate sit-down forklift equipment, moving, loading, and unloading shipments in a fast-paced, team-oriented, safety-driven environment.

Responsibilities include material prep, load verification, and maintaining inventory accuracy while adhering to all safety procedures and policies. Requires 12-hour variable shifts, weekend work, and adherence to OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's license required.
• Basic computer skills sufficient for warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare material for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to load counts.
• Verify load accuracy and inspect for damage, reporting discrepancies.
• Manually stack up to 55-pound bags as instructed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and workplace policies, including OSHA and SDS standards.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report issues.
• Assist in inventory accuracy and participate in physical counts.
• Communicate concerns to warehouse leads or management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
