Job summary

Abbott in Casa Grande, AZ is hiring a Forklift Operator for the night shift (10:30 PM to 7:30 AM, Sunday–Thursday with rotating weekends). You will safely operate forklifts and high-speed packaging equipment, maintain inventory, and perform quality checks in our nutrition manufacturing plant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Forklift experience preferred, specifically Yale equipment.
• Experience with sit/stand electric forklifts is a plus.
• Experience working in warehouse racks is beneficial.

What You’ll Work On

• Safely drive a Forklift
• Safely operate the high-speed production equipment that makes our industry-leading nutrition products
• Maintain inventory of packaging materials
• Complete workorder documentation
• Perform quality checks
• Clean equipment and the production environment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues

You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

Pay and Shift

Shift differential for the off shift.

Sunday through Thursday; 10:30pm to 7:30am with rotating weekends

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred (Yale)
• Sit, electric Forklift experience
• Experience working in warehouse racks

The base pay for this position is $17.15 – $34.25 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
