Job summary

Abbott in Casa Grande, AZ, is seeking a 12-hour Night Shift production associate to operate filling, processing, and sterilization systems in our Nutrition manufacturing plant. You will join a team dedicated to safety, quality, and efficiency while meeting daily production targets.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of production experience. Forklift experience is a plus.

What You’ll Work On

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year production experience.
• Must be able to work effectively within a team environment, possess excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year production experience within food manufacturing environment.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Pay Competitive Pay Shift: This is a 12‑hour Night Shift position from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM and allows you to have every other weekend off.

Week 1: Mon – OFF, Tues – OFF, Wed – 12 hours, Thurs – 12 hours, Fri – OFF, Sat – OFF, Sun – OFF. Week 2: Mon – 12 hours, Tues – 12 hours, Wed – OFF, Thurs – OFF, Fri – 12 hours, Sat – 12 hours, Sun – 12 hours.
