Henkel is hiring a Forklift Operator for the 3rd shift in Richmond, MO. The position involves operating a forklift to move, stack, load and unload materials, supporting manufacturing uptime and assisting Shipping & Receiving. What you´ll do

What makes you a good fit

• Highschool Diploma or GED required


• 1-2 years of experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing environment


• Computer skills: Microsoft Suite & SAP preferred


• Experience with use of RF Scanners


• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 11:15pm - 7:45am and occasional overtime

The hourly pay rate for this role is $22.51 . This rate reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
