Job Summary:
The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) to pick, stage, load and stock materials, components and finished goods in and out of the warehouse in accordance with all safety and operational policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and Business Process Procedures (BPPs).
Essential Job Functions:
Performs all work in a manner that is consistent with the company’s quality system and FDA good manufacturing practices, including maintaining a clean and orderly work area at all times.
Follows, promotes, and enforces KDC’s safety and environmental policies, practices, and procedures.
Assists with safety investigations and corrective actions related to safety hazards and/or incidents.
Performs other duties as assigned.
