Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift at the Hatfield, MA location. You will operate forklifts, move pallets, and stock inventory across the warehouse, ensuring accurate records and efficient replenishment.

The role offers $25.00 per hour plus shift differential and incentives, with a four-day work week (Sun, Wed, Thu, Fri) and a 3:30 PM start time. Training is provided, with benefits available from day one.

Qualifications

• MHE/Forklift Certification required.
• Operate stand-up, sit-down, reach truck, cherry picker or other MHE.
• Able to safely handle and move pallets and stock.

Responsibilities

• Transport merchandise from receiving dock or reserve slots to proper location in the warehouse and complete purchase orders.
• Maintain correct replenishment in the WMS using handheld device when pallets are returned to racks.
• Stack cases and rotate merchandise; refill benches and pallet slots.
• Pull material to production lines and move finished product to designated storage.
• Load finished product onto trailers; unload material from trailers.
• Maintain accurate records of quantities, pack size, and product description.
• Operate voice/RF technology to select products; perform required equipment inspections.
