Job summary

Forte Opening Solutions in Pennsylvania is seeking a forklift operator to move materials around the plant, load and unload goods, and keep production lines stocked. The role requires at least one year of forklift experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to learn.

It operates on the 1st shift (2:30pm–12:30am) with a $2 shift differential. Candidates must follow safety procedures, wear PPE, pass background and drug screens, and collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth

Pay Range And ShiftPayrate: $19.00-$20.00 per hour, Plus $2.00 shift differential1st Shift: 2:30pm-12:30amGeneral DutiesForklift operating skills to lift/pull/push materials onto forks from elevated heights - navigates throughout plant, including populated and small areas.Perform safety checks and assessments on product and materials.Transport raw materials to production workstations.Support other team members through collaboration and clear and concise communication skills.Work safely, wear PPE and follow safety procedures.Day-to-day direction provided by supervisor.Physical RequirementsWork with products up to 50lbs throughout the day.Constantly getting on/off lift truck to manually lift/slide/flip door skins.Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.QualificationsOne year of Forklift experience.Highschool diploma or GED.Willingness to learn.NoticeForte Opening Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
