Job summary

ALLEN DISTRIBUTION is seeking a Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30pm - 12:00am) in the Operations department. The role involves load/unload duties, moving and counting inventory, and strictly following safety SOPs. Must obtain a forklift license and be able to operate a handheld RF scanner.

Lifting requirements are up to 50 lbs and the work environment is non-climate controlled. The position offers full-time employment with a shift differential of $1.50/hour when applicable and

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a forklift license.
• Must be able to use handheld RF Scan Device.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs., sit, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to twist, stoop, squat and reach above shoulder level.
• Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product using power equipment.
• Safely move, locate, relocate, stack and count product.
• Follow safety policies and SOPs.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the operation area and equipment.
