Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is hiring a Forklift Operator to move raw materials and finished goods within a busy warehouse environment. The role supports production lines, shipping and receiving, and requires adherence to safety and inventory accuracy.

The shift is 3:00PM-11:30PM, Monday through Friday, with possible overtime. A high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months forklift experience are preferred. The position offers hourly pay of $20.00 with potential overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 6 consecutive months of forklift operating experience.
• Experience loading, unloading, and storing materials in warehouse racks is preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
• Must past pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift stand-up/sit-down to transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Supply production departments with materials based on daily production needs.
• Load and unload trailers and warehouse racks.
• Pull orders and stage materials for production or shipment.
• Stack, package, label, and prepare materials for shipment.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Conduct basic quality checks to ensure materials are delivered to the correct locations.
• Inspect forklifts and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
