Job summary

SURGE Staffing is hiring Forklift Operators for the 2nd shift in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role focuses on safely operating a forklift, moving materials, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate has forklift experience; certification is a plus and training may be provided. The position offers a $18.00/hour pay with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and possible overtime.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus; training may be available for the right candidate.
• Other warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically active environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or on a team.

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift throughout the shift.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience preferred.

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, or general labor experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a physically active environment.
• Able to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
