Job summary

Prevueaps is seeking a Second Shift Material Handler/Forklift Driver in Ossian, IN. The role involves moving materials across the plant, receiving and issuing items, loading trucks, and supporting inventory controls on a 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

shift. A forklift license is required and basic computer skills are expected. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, adherence to FIFO, and a strong attendance record.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Material Handler/Forklift Driver required.
• Must be willing to work any shift.

• Move materials into the plant, on racks, to the production floor, to finished goods storage and to loading of trucks.
• Receive, store and issue items and finished goods used in Manufacturing or Maintenance.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Support inventory controls system requirements.
• Follow designated FIFO rotation.
• Perform weigh counts as needed.
• Maintain organization inside and outside the building.

Essential Functions:

Performs actions relative to the movement of materials into the plant, on racks, to the production floor, to finished goods storage and to the loading of trucks.

Must be willing to be lift up to 50 lbs. safely and be able to obtain an approved forklift license.

Receive, store and issue items and finished goods used in Manufacturing or Maintenance

Load and unload trucks.

Support inventory controls system requirements.

Follow designated FIFO rotation.

Excellent attendance.

Perform weigh counts as needed.

Organization inside and outside of the building.

Must have basic computer skills

Must be able and willing to work any shift

Any other duties required.

Educational Requirements:
