Job summary

Pro Resources is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to move raw materials and finished goods, support shipping and receiving, and maintain inventory accuracy in a clean, safe warehouse.

The role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting, with a 3:00PM–11:30PM schedule (Mon–Fri) and potential overtime. A minimum of 6 months forklift experience and a high school diploma or GED are preferred. Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 consecutive months of forklift operating experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift stand-up/sit-down to transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Supply production departments with materials based on daily production needs.
• Load and unload trailers and warehouse racks.
• Pull orders and stage materials for production or shipment.
• Stack, package, label, and prepare materials for shipment.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Conduct basic quality checks to ensure materials are delivered to the correct locations.
• Inspect forklifts and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
