Job summary

XPO is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our dock operations. You will efficiently sort, handle, load and unload freight, using forklift and pallet jack, while following safety policies and tracking shipments with mobile devices.

Pay starts at $22.27/hour with full health insurance on day one, PTO, holidays, 401(k) and education assistance. This is an exempt position on a non-climate-controlled dock environment.

Qualifications

• Able to perform basic math calculations, with or without a calculator.
• Available to work days, evenings, nights and weekends across varying shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack as needed.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools.
