Qualifications

• At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Experience operating cherry picker/order picker, reach truck, and dock stocker/counterbalance forklift.
• Experience operating an electric pallet jack preferred.
• Basic computer or inventory system experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment including cherry picker/order picker, reach truck, dock stocker/counterbalance forklift, and EPJ.
• Move products safely and organize inventory locations.
• Load and unload trucks and other delivery vehicles.
• Count, scan, and verify products against packing lists.
• Maintain organized inventory locations and use scanners.
• Assist with carrier pickups and shipping activities.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE.
• Report unsafe conditions or equipment concerns.
• Work with coworkers, supervisors, vendors, and customers.
• Participate in inventory counts.

Job Description

Day-to-Day Tasks

• Receive, unload, inspect, and put away incoming products and materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment including cherry/order picker, reach truck, dock stocker/counterbalance, and electric pallet jack (EPJ).
• Move products safely throughout the warehouse and place materials in designated bin locations.
• Load and unload trucks and other delivery vehicles.
• Accurately count, scan, and verify products against packing lists.
• Inspect products for damage or discrepancies and report any issues.
• Prepare products, pallets, and packages for shipment.
• Maintain organized and accurate inventory locations.
• Use scanners and inventory systems to record product movement.
• Assist with carrier pickups and shipping activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and properly use required PPE.
• Report unsafe conditions or equipment concerns to management.
• Work effectively with coworkers, supervisors, vendors, and customers.
• Participate in required inventory counts.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and work instructions.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of warehouse experience, preferably in a distribution center.

• Experience operating an electric pallet jack is preferred.
• Basic computer or inventory system experience.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Adaptable and willing to work as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
