Job summary

You will operate forklifts, load product per customer specifications, and maintain strict safety and PPE standards. The role requires forklift experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with overtime availability as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficient in English.
• Forklift experience; license/certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work at heights and in varied conditions.
• Willing to adhere to PPE requirements.
• Able to work in hot, cold, noisy, dusty environments.

Responsibilities

• Store raw materials, ingredients, and finished products.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments.
• Support production needs.
• Operate forklifts within production and warehouse operations.
• Load product for outbound shipment per customer specs.
• Receive, unload, and inspect inbound ingredients/packaging materials.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Assist in training new employees.
