Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring a Forklift Driver for the 1st shift at our South Brunswick, NJ distribution center. You will work on-site in a fast-paced warehouse environment, handling daily picks with our inventory system and moving items using power equipment.

The role requires at least 1 year of forklift experience, a High School Diploma, and strong communication skills. Candidates should be team players, maintain safety standards, and be willing to cross-train on multiple WS equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year forklift experience (Swing Reach, Reach Truck, Order Picker).
• This is an onsite role.
• Excellent attendance and teamwork-oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing and able to cross-train on WS I DDC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily pick for the Hub using the inventory management system.
• Move items based on orders; may use power equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using the warehouse system.
• Load/unload, stack and stage products with various power equipment.
• Keep aisles clean and safe; promote safety culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
