Job summary

RRD is seeking a Warehouse/Forklift Operator for the 1st shift (6:00 AM–6:00 PM) in Wisconsin. You will work three days one week and four the next, with alternating weekends.

Pay ranges from $16.50 to $18.00 per hour, with potential overtime and shift differential depending on role and location. Responsibilities include operating forklift equipment to move finished products, supplying the Manufacturing Department with materials, staging products for shipping, and maintaining accurate inventory.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of forklift truck dimensions and capacity.
• Ability to navigate tight spaces and pallets.
• Strong awareness of safety procedures and hazardous waste handling.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment to move finished product for shipping or storage.
• Supplies Manufacturing Department with materials as needed.
• Stages product to be moved or shipped.
• Maintains inventory of items by type, amount and location.
• Performs routine daily inspections on hoists and reports maintenance needs.
