Job summary

Paisley Farm, part of The Fremont Company, is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our Willoughby, OH facility. You will keep production lines stocked, move finished product, and stage shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

This day shift runs 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; the role emphasizes safety, reliability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced warehouse environment with full benefits and room for growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move raw materials, glass, caps, and packaging to the production lines.
• Pull finished product off the line and store, stack, and organize.
• Load and unload trucks with speed and precision.
• Stage outgoing orders so shipments leave on time.
• Run pre-shift forklift inspections and flag issues.
• Help with inventory counts and keep warehouse audit-ready.
• Follow food safety and safety rules every time.

Now Hiring: Forklift Operator | Paisley Farm | Willoughby, OH

Paisley Farm is hiring an experienced Forklift Operator to join our Willoughby team.

We’re part of The Fremont Company, a family-owned food manufacturer that’s been making quality food since 1905. At Paisley Farm, we produce bean salads and pickled vegetables under our “Farm Fresh Flavor, Made Easy” brand, and our Forklift Operator keeps the whole operation moving.

As our Forklift Operator, you’ll keep the production lines stocked, move finished product off the floor, and get trucks loaded and out on time. When the line needs materials, you’re there. When product comes off the end, you’re there. When the truck pulls in, you’re already staged. If you know your way around a forklift and take pride in running safe and efficient, we want to talk to you.

Forklift Operator Schedule

• Day shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Home in time for dinner, every night

What You’ll Do as a Forklift Operator

• Safely operate a forklift to move raw materials, glass, caps, and packaging to the production lines
• Pull finished product off the line and get it stored, stacked, and organized
• Load and unload trucks with speed and precision
• Stage outgoing orders so shipments leave right and on time
• Run pre‑shift forklift inspections and flag anything that’s off
• Help with inventory counts and keep the warehouse audit‑ready
• Follow food safety and safety rules every time, no shortcuts
