Job summary

Pure’s is seeking a skilled Stand-up Forklift Operator to join our team for the second shift. The ideal candidate will operate forklifts, move goods in a warehouse, and ensure safe, efficient product movement.

You will monitor inventory, prepare orders, shrink wrap pallets, check weights, and coordinate with management and other departments to support loading, unloading, and timely deliveries. This role requires attention to safety and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of certified forklift experience.
• Preferred sit-down forklift and pallet jack experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read labels in English (Bilingual preferred).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory.
• Organize and secure materials safely (boxes, pallets).
• Pick orders from inventory using a pick sheet.
• Shrink wrap pallets for shipping.
• Weigh products and/or loads and record weight.
• Move hazardous materials.
• Report faulty equipment or safety hazards.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Analyze production schedules to determine movement and material requirements.
• Maintain equipment by cleaning, oiling, recharging, refueling, etc.
• Coordinate with manager and other departments regarding loading/unloading operations.
• Attend meetings with manager and coworkers.
• Check-in and approve new shipments.
• Perform quality checks.
• Comply with OSHA Standards.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Stand-up Forklift Operator to join our team for the second shift. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods in a warehouse or distribution environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Monitors and maintains inventory
• Organize and secure materials, such as boxes, bales, pallets, and super stacks in a safe way
• Pick orders from inventory using a pick sheet
• Shrink wrap pallets to prepare them for shipping
• Weigh products and/or loads and record weight
• Move hazardous materials
• Report any faulty equipment, damage to racks, or other potential safety hazards
• Take certification update courses
• Maintain a clean work area
• Analyze production schedules to determine movement, deliveries, and material requirements
• Maintain equipment by cleaning, oiling, recharging, refueling, etc.
• Consult and coordinate with manager, employees, other departments, and equipment manufacturers regarding loading and unloading operations
• Attend meetings with manager and coworkers
• Prepare, present and/or approve bill of ladings
• Check-in and approve new shipments
• Perform quality checks
• Adhere to uniform requirement
• Ensure the oldest products are picked first by rotating stock.
• Be alert of other employees in the work zone
• Report quality variances to the proper channels
• Use radio frequency equipment as needed for picking, put-away, receiving, and load functions
• Comply with OSHA Standards

Tuesday-Saturday

8:00AM-6:00PM

Requirements

• This position works in a warehouse facility.
