Bluegrass Supply Chain in Findlay, OH is seeking a Forklift Operator for the AM shift. Start pay is $21.00 per hour, with opportunities for pay growth and day-one benefits as part of a modern, tech-enabled warehouse.

You will operate various forklifts, use RF scanners and WMS, load/unload, inspect equipment, and support daily production goals. Overtime may be available; we promote from within and offer training and career growth into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2+ years forklift experience in warehouse/manufacturing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Proficiency with RF scanners and basic warehouse technology.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric, propane, stand-up, reach, and cherry picker forklifts safely.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to move and track inventory.
• Load, unload, stack, and stage product in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report safety issues.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Support team members to meet daily production goals.

Requirements

• AM Shift that works: Thu noon-6pm & Fri-Sat-Sun 6am-6pm
• Located in Findlay, OH
• Overtime work available based on business needs
