Bluegrass Supply Chain Services in Findlay, OH is seeking a Forklift Operator on the PM shift to join a modern, tech-enabled warehouse.

Starting pay is $21.50 per hour with overtime opportunities. This role requires 2+ years forklift experience, 50 lb lifting capability, and a commitment to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended shifts.
• Comfortable using scanners and basic warehouse technology.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric, propane, stand-up, reach, and cherry picker forklifts safely.
• Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to move and track inventory.
• Load, unload, stack, and stage product in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report safety issues.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Support team members as needed to meet daily production goals.
