**Key Responsibilities:**

* Ensure a smooth workflow by checking in for job orders, inspecting equipment, and documenting pre-operation inspections
* Verify accurate counts of incoming products and maintain a damage-free inventory
* Load, unload, and store products in designated storage bays, adhering to inventory management standards
* Collaborate with supervisors and associates to optimize inventory counts, stock rotation, and overall warehouse efficiency
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including changing propane tanks and batteries, and ensuring all safety equipment is in good working order
* Comply with OSHA standards and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

**What We're Looking For:**

* Previous forklift experience and a proven track record of safe and efficient operation
* Ability to follow all safety procedures and maintain a high level of attention to detail
* Strong knowledge of WMS systems and KOS systems, with experience using clamps, forks, and other attachments as needed
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with supervisors and associates
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
