Forklift Operator - Kansas City - 1st Shift - 19.25/hr

Join us as a Forklift Operator at Melaleuca: The Wellness Company in Kansas City, Missouri. This role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production, and ensuring warehouse safety and cleanliness.

Shift Details

1st shift – M-Th 5:00 am – 3:30 pm (OT at peak times)

Responsibilities

1. Operate forklift safely and efficiently.
2. Maintain accurate inventory records.
3. Properly store incoming materials and perform system transactions.
4. Keep warehouse areas clean and organized.
5. Participate in safety trainings and follow safety protocols.
6. Use handheld scanners for inventory management.
7. Communicate effectively with team members.
8. Assist with restocking and perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Certified Melaleuca forklift operator.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly; up to 80 lbs with assistance.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for entire shift.
